The successful applicant would work as part of the Analysis, Research and Planning team specifically on the National Police Chief’s Council (NPCC) Integrated Offender Management (IOM) portfolio supporting Deputy Chief Constable as the NPCC Lead for IOM. We are looking for someone to act as the national lead in delivering a strategic analysis service to the NPCC Integrated Offender Management portfolio, supporting the 43 local forces, 12 regions and nationally as well as leading and managing the production of all analysis products required by the NPCC IOM Portfolio.

This role will be pivotal in demonstrating the efficacy of IOM in light of the Beating Crime Plan which names IOM as a key delivery mechanism for national neighbourhood crime reduction targets.  IOM is built on partnership working and the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in HMPPS and NPS to prepare and produce joint reports for Probation and NPCC Officers, as well as Ministers and senior Civil Servants. As well as working with HMPPS and NPS, the role will work alongside the Home Office IDIOM team to suggest and advise on the implementation of improvements on the system.

This role is primarily working from home, with the requirement to travel to Waterwells HQ one day a week.
