Do you have a genuine desire to serve the public?

The Front of House team require a new team member of staff to provide a first class service to the public in Gloucestershire delivering efficient screening and prioritising of all enquiries in a polite professional manner making records and applying duties and tasks appropriate to the role.

You must have excellent typing and communication skills and previous experience of dealing with members of the public. You must be able to work under pressure and display a disciplined approach to work.

The ability to use own initiative, manage people’s expectations and information accurately together with a flexible attitude to working and shift rostering is essential.

This post is primarily located in Bearlands & Barton Street however as Gloucestershire Constabulary have a number of reception areas throughout the Force and you will be required to work from any location.

The Force reserves the right to request you to carry out any other duties or move you to any other post appropriate to your grade, at any location within the county of Gloucestershire, as business requirements dictate
