We are looking for a talented and committed individual with proven leadership qualities to join our Duty Planning Unit as the Team Supervisor.

As the Duty Planning Unit Team Supervisor your main roles will include leading, supporting and developing the team members.

The team you will manage provide detailed preparations around the delivery of resources to our numerous competing responsibilities.  These include the day to day challenges associated with changing demand’s, abstractions and future proofing resource allocation.  Wider resource demands include County wide, Regional and National requests for assistance.

You will work closely with internal organisational stakeholders in order to understand the demands and challenges placed on their areas of responsibility. This will enable you to provide support, guidance and a solution; based on the resources available within the Duty Planning Unit, to resolve the challenges faced across the organisation.

In this section, you are required to provide evidence with specific examples for each of the seven Essential criteria included under the Experience and Qualifications section of the Role Profile.
