The Change & Transformation Team deliver a wide range of change Programmes and Projects for Gloucestershire Constabulary. Project Coordinators work with the Change and Transformation Team and provide overall support to a number of projects as detailed by the Programme Manager or Project Manager. The role is varied and is to ensure effective governance is in place and maintained at all times, to produce reports, actions, papers as required to support the Programme Manager or Project Manager in accordance with the Project Management Toolkit. To manage co-ordination of administrative tasks to support overall implementation of projects in the delivery of Programmes as well as maintain risk, issue, actions and decision logs, and maintain project plans. There will also be a requirement to take care of the overall co-ordination of workshops and ownership of work packages to support the projects and programmes.

We are recruiting three project Coordinators as follows:

  1. One permanent post to work with the Change and Transformation Team across a number of projects for the Constabulary of all sizes and complexity
  2. One fixed term contract up to 24 months to work on our Core Records Management System Programme. The Core RMS Programme will be delivering the replacement of a significant critical system over the next two years
  3. One fixed term contract up to 12 months to deliver against the requirements of the National Emergency Services Network Programme at a local level.
